What is co-living?

Co-living is residential accommodation in its most modern iteration, and usually involves a mid- to long- term stay, shared communal areas, and access to a community of like-minded individuals.

What is the membership fee and what is included?

The membership fee is your all-inclusive monthly bill, which covers room rental, utility bills, 1Gbps fibre broadband, weekly cleaning of shared spaces, maintenance assistance, access to exclusive member perks and benefits and a unique living experience.

Are there any additional fees?

You will need to pay a one month security deposit, a one-time administration fee, applicable stamp duty charges at the agreement signing stage, as well as, a moving out fee at the end of your stay.

What is the minimum length of stay?

The minimum length of stay at The Assembly Place is three months, due to local regulations. Following the minimum-stay period, you may either opt to sign a fixed-term contract (e.g. another three months or more) or have your contract be extended on a month-by-month basis.

What documents will The Assembly Place require from me?

We will need a copy of your passport and/or an official identity document and a copy of your valid visa/ employment pass.

Is The Assembly Place pet-friendly?

The Assembly Place is pet-friendly and we love our furry friends.

Do ensure that we are given advance notice, pets are only allowed if prior approval from your housemates and the landlord is obtained.

Bear in mind that you will be responsible for the actions of your pets.

Please also note the following:

• Pets are only allowed in your private room.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times.
• Pets must be potty-trained.
• We require photos, a veterinary history as well as current, and updated, vaccination records.
