We undertook the Commontown Acquisition, adding 110 keys across 17 property assets to our Group’s portfolio in Singapore.

We launched our heritage and apartment complex property assets in Jalan Besar, Outram Road.

We were renamed to The Assembly Place Holdings Pte Ltd.

We launched our flagship premium purpose-built student housing project:

We opened our second hybrid community driven living hotel:

The Assembly Place, A Co-Living Hotel @ Veerasamy.

We introduced our first serviced apartments:

The Assembly Place, Serviced Residences @ Stevens Road.

We launched our 132nd property asset: Hafary House

Our associated company, TSTAP Residences, commenced operations of our first Foreign Healthcare Professionals’ Accommodation:

HHOM at Short Street. TSTAP Residences is a joint venture with TS Group.

We were appointed as asset manager for Serene Centre

Our associated company, TSTAP Henderson, launched our first Inter-Generational Living space:

COMMUNE @ Henderson. TSTAP Henderson is a joint venture with the TS Group.

We launched our latest boutique brand hotel, SOCIAL:

SOCIAL on Outram, SOCIAL on Mayo

Serene Centre Managed by TAP and Serene Living by TAP were officially launched.
